Shipping policy

Orders
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it’s shipped.

Shipping
We deliver New Zealand-wide using trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary by location. Crop Band is not responsible for delays once parcels are with the courier.

For orders within NZ (excluding rural), a shipping rate of $7.00 per order is applied for orders under $99. For orders to rural addresses within NZ, a shipping rate of $10.00 per order is applied for orders under $99 - please select the right option at checkout. All orders within NZ over $99, shipping is free for rural and non-rural delivery. 
For orders to Australia, a shipping rate of $20.00 per order is applied. 

We don't currently ship outside of NZ or Australia. 

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if items are unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Please contact hello@cropband.co.nz to arrange.

Payments
All prices are in NZD. We accept major credit cards and secure online payment options.
